With over 20 years of business experience in the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, I have held mid-level and C-level positions in the areas of business development, sales, and marketing.

I have worked in creative and marketing for more than 15 in the areas of beauty, wellness, food, and travel.  I love to create User Generated Content (UGC) as it helps increase brand awareness and sales.  UGC helps brands maximize their marketing budgets and create audience engagement.

Other areas of expertise include; written business papers, business emails, blog articles, white papers, sales sheets, website content, social media posts, press releases, pitch decks, video scripts, and, most recently, user-generated content (UGC).  I have written papers in business development, sales, and problem-solving manuals that have been instrumental in training newcomers and seasoned team members.

I love to travel, I am a foodie, and I am passionate and knowledgeable about sustainable and good beauty products, I have worked with many companies in the wellness arena and photography is my hobby.
